Chapter no. 1 Real numbers ( Exercise 1.3 )
Today we are going to learn the most important topic according to board examination that how to prove root 2 ,root 3, root 5, 3+ 2 root 5 are irrational numbers from chapter 1 of your Mathematics textbook.
We know that Irrational numbers and coprime numbers.
1) Irrational numbers :- a) The Non-perfect square number present in square root symbol are Irrational numbers.
b) The Non-terminating and non-recurring numbers are called Irrational numbers.
2) Coprime numbers :- When two numbers do not have any common factor other than 1 between them they are called Coprime numbers.
e.g 3 and 5
3 = 1, 3
5 = 1, 5
Now observe the examples
